The Gates Connection
I am a notorious Microsoft-hater, when I’m not busy hating Republicans, so it’s a joyous day when I happen upon low-hanging fruit like the Seattle Weekly’s recent piece linking Jack Abramoff to Bill Gates. Apparently Bill Gates’s father is a founding partner in the lobbying firm in which Abramoff was employed… and Microsoft put a fair amount of money into purchasing their services.
