Dangerous Terrorist Finally Apprehended!

Just when Americans were starting to lose interest in Bush's war on terror, the Transportation Security Administration has made a significant breakthrough. The notorious suspected terrorist Cecilia Beaman was apprehended at Los Angeles International Airport after the missing bread knife she'd packed for her 37 students on their trip to Disneyland inadvertently showed up in her carry-on bag.
Beaman packed three breadknives in her checked luggage (where your weaponry belongs) but one got misplaced. She explained this to the security screeners in advance, but fortunately they were too smart for her games. When the scanner found the deadly round-tipped bread knife, they informed her that "You've committed a felony, and you're considered a terrorist." The screeners also refused to give her paperwork or documentation of her violation, any documentation of the pending fine, or even a copy of the photograph of the knife.
"They said 'no' and they said it's a national security issue. And I said what about my constitutional rights? And they said 'not at this point ... you don't have any'."
I know we're all quietly saying a silent prayer of thanks right now for the Patriot Act. We can all sleep well tonight, free from the threat of children eating sliced bread.
